Unikk Signatures notarial act fee is a flat $10 per notary signature, per Arizona law. Notary Mobile service depends on how far the notary has to travel. Fees increase if there are special services (non-notary services), such as printing documents, making copies, faxing or emailing documents, or assisting with more complex acts.

DRIVER'S LICENSE OR NONOPERATING IDENTIFICATION LICENSE, OR U.S PASSPORT. An acceptable ID is typically a current, UNEXPIRED government-issued photo ID with a signature and physical description, such as a valid driver's license or U.S. passport.  ARMED FORCES IDENTIFICATION CARD. Requirements: Unexpired Issued by: Any branch of the United States Armed Forces. INMATE IDENTIFICATION CARD OR ANY FORM OF INMATE IDENTIFICATION. Requirements: Inmate must be in custody of State Department of Corrections, Federal Bureau of Prisons or County Sheriff’s Department. Issued by:  Arizona Department of Corrections, Federal Bureau of Prisons or County Sheriff’s Department. OTHER GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARDS. Requirements: Unexpired; contains the customer’s signature or a photograph and physical description including: height, weight, eye color, and hair color. Issued by: The United States, a state or a tribal government. FOREIGN GOVERNMENT ISSUED CONSULAR IDENTIFICATION CARDS. Unexpired; contains customer’s signature and photograph; DOB; date of issue and expiration; issuing agency must use biometric identity verification techniques including fingerprint identification and retina scans.
